By accessing and using Fresh Malta Properties ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform provides a listing service for properties available for sale or rent in Malta and Gozo. We act as an intermediary between property agents and potential tenants/buyers. We do not own, manage, or guarantee any properties listed on the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

3. Listings

Property listings are created and maintained by registered agents. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any listing information, including prices, availability, descriptions, or photographs.

Agents are responsible for keeping their listings up to date. Listings that are not verified within the required period may be removed from the Platform.

4. User Accounts

Registered agents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Inquiries

The Platform allows visitors to submit inquiries about listed properties. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to your contact information being shared with the relevant listing agent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fresh Malta Properties or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Property images are provided by listing agents and remain their responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Malta Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
